Below is a list of our most frequently asked questions- watch for updates.

Will your CD's work on my computer? Yes. Each CD is "burned" or written in a dual format to operate on both the PC/Windows operating system and on the Apple/MacIntosh operating system.

What program do I use to access the prints? All of our files are recorded in Adobe Acrobat PDF™ and are read or viewed using the Adobe Acrobat Reader™. This program is available free of charge for download at the Adobe web site at www.adobe.com

I am having trouble getting your files to open what do I do? 99% of the time we find that customers have had problems when they are not using the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader™. Make sure before you start that you have the latest version downloaded from their web site.

Can I print from the CD's? Yes- but the quality is only as good as your printer and color calibration- we assume NO responsiblity for the quality of your prints.
